      The first few months.

      Pros

      -Picking your own hours on when to work (within reason and works with whom you are assigned to). -Being able to communicate with fellow Amazonians with questions or problems. -Pay and benefits. -Being a part of a team FEELS like being a part of a team, even though we do not meet in person. -Even if in a full remote position, you may still go into an office for a more hybrid if desired.

      Cons

      -Some decisions are made without giving the new hire enough information or feedback first.
