Having Amazon on your CV is highly regarded as well as the pay for a 'graduate job' being overall higher than most graduate jobs

Cons

Poor management, lack of organisation/communication from seniors, can be difficult going into the role as a graduate as the environment can be seen as a 'dog eat dog world'. A lot of 'step-up' Area managers aka team leaders also end up being bullies due to them thinking they have more knowledge than you. Also the particular warehouse lacked senior female management and POC managers.

The pay is great for a graduate not going to lie.

Cons

But is the pay worth it the mental/physical turmoil and disgusting backstabbing culture of this place? NO. First of all anyone with a smidge of morality will see how this company treat the AAs. As a manager I felt an enabler of this harsh treatment so immediately began looking for another job. Furthermore, after the training, I start on shift and it all went down hill. My co manager was a horrible person and bullied staff along with other management staff. Zero support from senior management. If you speak up (like I did) then prepared to be forced out like a criminal. Worst job experience EVER.
