Pros

This role has fixed working hours, so you don't need to work extra hours The pay is good, and work-life balance is mostly good

Cons

The managers are toxic. They find a person to blame for not being able to meet their own targets and put that person into a coaching plan followed by lay off mostly. Despite the heavy focus on leadership principles, most of the employees fail to meet even a single leadership principle. The bar for hiring has been very low for past 2-3 years, and anyone can get into Amazon.
