They give constant periodic safety tutorials. Pay and benefits are fair.

Cons

Although preached, safety rules and commitments are rarely followed especially when it is busy. Common areas are kept clean, but work stations are not cleaned for months. Constantly changing tasks makingvit difficult to get advanced skill in any one area.
