Pros
Amazon provides internal hiring if you want to move up after you graduate from college or just want to make an advancement in your career. Lots of flexibility if you’re a student.
Cons
Terrible management and hours were constantly cut. Shift leaders and managers would rely on employees to train new employees even though that wasn’t there job. Peak season was always underprepared to save the company as much money as possible. This leads to unhappy customers to take their anger out on ordinary employees.
