Pros

- Decent pay of $15/hr - Flexible Schedule - Office work environment can be relaxed and friendly for the most part (depending on what type of work you do specifically and opportunity to make friends there) - Not hard to learn and do the job (though people have different learning pace) - Can get a 401k plan - Potentially can be promoted from within to work full-time after being there for a certain amount of time (have to apply the full-time jobs online)

Cons

- Hours are not enough despite being a part-time job - Unfortunate that the opportunity to get a stock plan for associates was removed when minimum wage increased to $15/hr - Good amount of down times, so you may get bored when there is nothing to do - Picking work shifts may be tough when the shifts are open to all associates to pick (though many associates tend to drop shifts during the week so you may pick up shifts during the same week or same day) - Communication between associates and management/leadership is not exactly transparent

Pros

Pay, make your own schedule (if your lucky)

Cons

Packed in like sardines, small work space, noisy, drab lunch area, co-workers can see you from their desk as you eat your lunch in the lunch room, your boss sits right beside you as you work, you have exactly 1 to 2minutes to make your weekly schedule when they are posted every Thursday afternoon at 3:30 ( that's if they put it out on time)...hard to count on, cursing and swearing allowed in work area, cell phones as well. Constant distractions by fellow employees in work area space, sometimes a McDonald's playground for children!!!!!!!
