The entirety of the team consists of white male leadership. All of which are hired friends of the leading manager. All of which also had no prior management roles or experience. The team is micro managed by an individual with low overall maturity. Treats the workplace like high school by gossiping behind the backs of other AGS teams and overseas partners. This individual also uses racial slurs and talks profusely about how they're a highly intelligent sociopath in a proud manner.
