Lots of learning opportunities. Customer Obsession, at Amazon every employee is a leader, leaders start with customers and work backwards. Diversity. A Culture of Inclusion. Life long learning plan, as long as you are committed.

Cons

As an immigrant in the United States, this is my first professional Job in the U.S. I cannot compare Amazon with any other companies. Therefor, I cannot list any cons.
