-Very high compensation compared to other "non-tech" companies
-Decent benefits (healthcare, vision, dental, etc.)
-My team/department is all very friendly, and willing to help each other out, and get along very well
-Lots of opportunities to grow or move around if you want
-Good work/life balance (at least for my team)
Cons
-Not a lot of time off (vacation, PTO, sick days, holidays) compared to a lot of other places (especially first year)
-Oncall weeks (but not too bad depending on how many people are on rotation)
