Pros

-Good coworkers who are decent to work with and some can even become friends -For me, the health/retirement benefits were decent and provide worker's comp if injured -The time off request system was easy to use -Some PPE is provided at no extra cost

Cons

-I felt like the inventory quotas management expected were unnecessary and couldn't always be met. -Physical labor can wear you down after a while -You have to be careful not to get injured and for a woman, sometimes bins or boxes can be heavy to carry on your own and it's inconvenient to ask for help that much -When one facility shut down, I had to travel farther away to another one I transferred to, which really ate my gas.
