Pros

Amazon has lots of jobs and big on promoting and hiring from inside.

Cons

DLS department is unorganized, things change on the daily with processes, little to no explanation for the changes from the higher ups. They would much rather have you in a “stretch” senior case manager role than promote you and instead hire outside and pay them less.
