Cons to constant changes is that these changes are often implemented before they are ready so everyone has to deal with errors and confusion until it’s all sorted. You have to “stretch” in that position which is working that position for a indefinite amount of time while not being paid to compensate for that position’s responsibilities. I know a stretching senior being paid as a regular case manager for 2 years now and still hasn’t been promoted to an actual senior. It’s cheap of Amazon to do this and exploits their employees who want to advance their career into doing the entire role of a job that they are not being actually paid fairly to do. Stretching should be a 3-6 month experience at most.
