- A lot to learn - You are always doing something new and exciting - Pleanty of internal teams you can change to if you want a change later - Role changes are encouraged , lot of people move from one role to another - Lot of training and learning opportunities

Cons

- It could be trouble if you dont know what you are getting into , You get a lot of responsibility , depending on where you are coming from there might be a lot to learn initially , and then some always .
