You are not limited to a specific scope of work; if you can do more and grow, you can take ownership and drive your ideas. - Mentors are available. - Ideas are valued no matter what level you are at. - It is common to meet with your skip manager regularly as well as your manager. This helps strong individual contributors to not to get stuck under a manager by getting wider visibility.
Cons
I have some coworkers who are not as satisfied due to their team's management. My best advice to them would be to change team since you are enabled to, and their are many new teams that are growing and looking for talent.
