Pros
-Great base pay with stock, especially if you don't live in a high cost of living city -Lots of internal roles to consider -Lots of free resources at hubs and larger office buildings -Great company to have on your resume
Cons
-Very unstable, it's common to change managers due to org change at least once a year -Moving to a return-to-office model, limiting options to move around the company if you're unable or unwilling to relocate -Difficult to promote with so many org changes -Work/Life balance must be enforced personally, because management styles and boundaries vary greatly between orgs and individual managers
