Pros

Good salary and benefits provided.

Cons

1)Toxic work environment created by management. 2)No transparency even after claiming to have an open door policy. 3)No fluid transfer of information, managers usually settle for short team fixes and there is no long term fix for any solutions. 4)One can escalate issues as many times as they like however no one really takes any actions. 5)employees are hired showing a certain set of policies, after joining the policies are conveniently changed to meet the employers benefits and them being “Employee centric” goes right out of the window. 6) Amazon claims to give a good work life balance, however the managers try their hardest to not let that happen. 7) overtime’s that are optional are put up as compulsory , the HR is aware but no one really bothers to take any actions. 8) The moment anyone questions anything it comes out as insubordination. 9) you can be in the company for 8-10 years and even that doesn’t guarantee any job security, if there’s a need for team reduction it comes down to favouritism and the least favourite ones are out irrespective of work done.
