Pros

Everyone there works their butts off. Friendly staff.Willing to work as a big team to get the task done. Friendly compassionate management. Work is hard but doable. You just have to be willing to meet the other staff the same.

Cons

No hours available to maintain an income to support your family. Can't even get 4 hours a week to stay active due to this. And the company penalizes you for it. Hours should be evenly distributed and they aren't.
