Pros

Decent delivery rate is about it

Cons

Everything else. Terrible telephony staff that doesn’t know basic questions. Terrible app infrastructure that’s ridiculously autonomous. Cannot complain about staff giving u wrong information I cannot understand how companies are allowed to run with this level of negligence towards staff whether it is self employed or not. My advice to anyone thinking of doing amazon flex... DON’T!

Pros

The pay is amazing as long as you get a block. Getting a block is competitive. The app has a good flow.

Cons

Use of gas and wear and tear on car.The navigation is pretty bad sometimes. Customer service is hard to understand and not helpful. If something goes wrong they always blame the employee. Trying to explain a situation to support was like talking to a brick wall. Overall though, i enjoy the work. I think it's fun. And again.. Pay is great.

Pros

You control your own time

Cons

Not getting any shifts if you miss couple months If you get any, they are probably about 50 miles away, making it not worth to accept the shift.
