Pros

Independent work, Flexibility, Easy Onboarding Process

Cons

Signed up over a month ago and completed all the onboarding and training steps. have been cleared to begin making deliveries for almost six weeks and have not had any "blocks" scheduled or found any available time to pick up routes. In speaking with other Uber and Lyfty drivers in the Nashville market area it appears that thousands of other people have been enlisted as drivers and experience the same issue of not seeing any blocks open. Hopefully the business model has been to staff up quickly and be prepared for an increase of business and not just an incredible overstaffing.
