      Benefits were the only reason I stayed for 2 years

      Cons

      This facility will let employees get away with doing nothing and expect working employees to pick up the slack and work twice as hard! Management doesn't care! HR has zero knowledge of what being "resourceful" means!

      Tuition benefits are what make it worth working here, as well as free vision and dental benefits.

      Cons

      since I'm part time, that limits how much money I can make.

      Pros

      Sort center is much better than FC, much more of a team environment. My managers were nice and we were checked on consistently.

      Cons

      Lots of VTO, even on days where we had high volumes VTO was offered.
