I had 4 managers in less than 2 years. One manager was forcibly removed. Terrible pay. Weak bonus and stock awards program. No strategy for the future (my group - not other parts of company). Failure to identify talent and move up or around. Packed too tight in open space seating. Terrible work environment (seating, noise, people smells). Very disorganized global organization structure. Was hard to tell who ran the organization from what part of the world. I received direction from various folks around the globe. Terrible training program. Teach yourself for the most part.
