      -Incredible opportunities for ownership (can be site finance lead of a billion dollar fulfillment center right out of college) -Ambiguous problems allow you to pave your path -Strong values

      -Culture varies greatly team-to-team -Not necessarily a con, but ensure that you are owning your support - make sure you reach out to people and don't expect that you will survive just by suffering in silence
