Flexible schedule Decent pay when blocks are available You work independently without micro-management

Support is easy to reach but nearly useless — most reps don’t speak fluent English, leading to frequent miscommunication and poorly documented issues The app is extremely glitchy and unreliable — you’ll be held responsible for errors caused by their system No real appeal process — you’re deactivated without proper investigation and left to fend for yourself Policies are vague and don’t accommodate real-world situations like traffic, weather, or delays beyond your control Deactivations are abrupt and final, with no empathy or fairness Amazon treats Flex drivers like expendable tools, not human beings

You pick your schedule. You get a workout. You can listen to your own music or audiobooks and only deal with people at package pickup and if you meet customers.

Cons

You have to use your own car and pay for gas. It can be extremely difficult to deliver packages to specific areas and you very know how far they will ask you to drive.
