A lot of challenges on the route like closed roads, locked gates, unsigned addresses, map inconsistencies, application bugs, bad weather, darkness and aggressive pets are some of the difficulties a flex driver have to face every time, getting worst by the fact that no any route is the same so it takes longer to get experience and knowledge so the flex drivers have a lot of stress trying to balance time, accuracy, satisfaction and safety to avoid bad qualification and to be deactivated or to work without payment since the blocks take longer than predicted and Amazon doesn't want to pay extra time.
