Great Money But... Delivering to Gated Communities Is Horrible.

Pros

Pay is good for a part time job. Weekly payout helps supplement your income. Hours or "Blocks" are easy to pick up year round.

Cons

Delivering to Apartments with gates and Gated Communities. So many times you go to deliver a package and the gate codes don't work. Perhaps the leasing office is closed. Customers won't answer there phones and Amazon support can't help you. You take the time to exhaust your resources to deliver the package, however, inevitably you are forced to take the package(s) back to the warehouse.

Pros

- Easy to learn each position on the floor - Staff was usually helpful and friendly - Fair pay for the work - No interview. Just pass the drug test and background check. - Paid weekly. - Claim at least 1 flexible shift per month to remain an employee. - Shifts go by fast and are always fast-paced. - Flexible shifts last anywhere between 1-8 hours.

Cons

- Hard to get a hold of management or HR on the phone. - Shifts can be a challenge to claim during busy seasons (be quick). - Setups in the facility changed often. - Redundant work. - It can be physically exhausting if you have more than 1 job.
