      Pros

      Hard work but you get what you put into it. Fair salary, marginal working conditions. Challenging but steady work, picking. Mgmt. is fairly good about small incentive rewards such as food but $$ incentive is pretty much non existant. I like the "ambassador" program which allows you access to management constantly

      Cons

      No heat or a/c in warehouse. Virtually, no opportunity for advancement or career goals despite claims. You must be in your 20's to make any advancement at all, anyone over 40 will be typically a laborer and should be happy with that. Don't expect breaks as they are frowned upon and begrudgingly given even for restroom. Hard,demanding, time sensitive work.

      Pros

      Relatively good pay if you're lucky and dont get long routes that would increase your fuel consumption. Good work/life balance. Not many opportunities due to scripters that pick up all the blocks in West Midlands area.

      Cons

      Absolutely rubbish customer service represenatives when you send e-mails to them. Remember, you are self employed, they do not care about you. West midlands warehouses are now under one "area", so you will get offers from all of these, many of which will be way too far from where you live and not remotely profitable for you.
