      Pros

      Good Pay If you are remotely competent, 90% of the time, you can finish your block before expected (i once got 4 hours pay for 1 hours work) Flexible Friendly service at collection/drop off warehouse

      Cons

      Generic email responses to not-so-common issues. App can sometimes take you to the wrong place (very very rare) Getting a block is a pain. You will rarely get a block assigned to you and the alternative is to just sit and spam 'refresh' on the app until someone else forfeits their block for you to take.

      Pros

      There is none you are doing them a favour by working for anazon flex

      Cons

      Alloted 4 hour routes usually take alot longer and they expect you to finish all parcels even if it takes 6 hours for a 4 hour block.. wear and tear on vehcle is not covered and routes are miles away from depot sometimes over an hour drive away

      Pros

      There are non now as they have set on far too many drivers who are fighting each other for the few blocks that are available.You spend loads of time swiping the app looking for work thats not there.

      Cons

      We are self employed and to that end amazon should be taking travelling time into consideration within the block time but quite clearly are not,meaning that you can be doing 100 miles round trip and still be given 45+ parcels which cannot be done in the 4 hrs that you are paid for As 21/2 hours of the 4 hrs is taken up with travelling time.Also bear in mind that ALL petrol money is included in the £52 that you get paid on a 4 hr block,so you can wave goodbye to £20 if you do 100 mile.
