      Absolutely embarrassing third party background check.

      I wouldn't know of any, they can't even perform a simple background check(I drive for Lyft and Uber with no issues)

      Cons

      Background check. It has been over 10 days, and they are just now sending me a release of interest. The company that they use for background checks has not even received my information from them. Stock at over $1,000 a share, and they are LAUGHABLY inefficient. Do not drive for this company. Much better independent opportunities. unprofessional work environments are the first sign of a corrupt business.

      as mentioned work at your own pace need to be a little more organize and need more reliable source for the drivers and stop putting what customers and the live workers at the station first

      Cons

      if you get a bad report or more than 1 negative email your are terminated and able to do a appeal but before going to that extreme get to the bottom the problem because as we know its not always accurate

      Pros

      My wife and I began doing deliveries and enjoy the freedom it allows us. The process seems to run pretty smoothly here in Jax. FL

      Cons

      We have gotten rural blks that are difficult to deliver. Not worth the money. We have to drive 25 miles to pick up packages...if you are more than 5 minutes late you will be turned away. There is no way to contact them othet than email. Out acvount has now been suspended for 5 days because of issues with direct deposit. We are unable to call them to clear this up. We are now 2 weeks behind in pay!
