Pros

You are technically your own boss

Cons

They don't provide drivers with enough work. They pay peanuts You cant plan ahead because shifts are randomly offered to you as little as an hour before work. The shifts you are offered are so limited you will want to accept as many as possible. They give you food delivery shifts even after you signed up to courier parcels and dont provide you with a heat bag. In turn this results in restaurant owners moaning and talking down to you and your car stinking of curry
