Free bottled water & free vending machine hot drinks Use of toilets on site. Someone will be sent out to you if you are behind - they get some of your money.
Cons
Depending which self employed company you work with, can be on-site an hour before you get paid, lots of hanging around until called to load van then work 9 hours plus, with no breaks as Amazon chase you if stopped. Constant whats app messages to tell you how far behind you are, and if you go sick or don't turn up your shifts will be cut, 160 + drops per day, heavy and light parcels, back and knee breaking. Great customers most understand how pushed we are, Don't expect a life out of work, days off unpaid, no sick pay, no breaks, the van is paid and has insurance. No accident book.
