Pros

The pay is great including the tips but the schedule and block offer comes conflicting to the other offers you had sign up and it wont' override. This is actually a policy violation and it counts against you even though you spent more than 10 hours on that same day in a soaking rain. I had completed almost 70 hours in a week period but my account still got deactivated for this violation.

Cons

My account had deactivated after completed 65 hours in four days in a soaking rain, uphill, and downhill ride in City of San Francisco. I spent late hours up to midnight to complete my schedule and deliveries but still my account got deactivated. I have appeal my side and wrote the same explanation and didn't get a second chance.

Pros

When you get shifts, the work is seamless, easy, and decent money for the work.

Cons

Amazon could care less that they have no fair way to disperse shifts amongst those it onboards as part of it's delivery network. They literally throw pennies into a crowd of peasants and watch us scramble for shifts. And they continue to hire more and more people so competition has only increased. It has gotten to the point where the only way to acquire shifts is to obsessively be swiping ones offers screen all day, and even then, the app is often glitchy that they dont referesh and someone else with a better signal, or quicker fingers accepts the block before you.

Pros

Great for side money. Very independent, which I love because I enjoy driving around and listening to music. Great money-if you can get the hours. Used to be a lot easier getting shifts, and I am hopeful that they will figure out a system that works better for us.

Cons

I used to be able to work full time and make enough money to pay all my bills. Now I can hardly even get 10-15 hours a week, To get shifts, you have to constantly have to refresh the screen on your phone using both hands. They only drop 2 hour blocks at a time-up to 4 hour blocks. The shifts drop in a split second before they are taken, so its a constant battle trying to grab it. I have refreshed my screen for 10 hours and only was able to work 4 hours. So my whole day was given to refreshing the screen, instead I could have been running errands or having a social life for once. Draining!!
