Opportunity to Advance and Amazon will also pay for you education. If you know how to navigate thru the company you will not be out of a job

Pros

You get to see operation of what goes on in the company from how much volume needs to be pushed out to what prevent things from leaving on time, to employees being on break to long (lol). You get to interact with higher ups and know them well so if your on their good side if a job open up for you can be considered.

Cons

Your a big part of keeping things flowing. It's like if your blood stop flowing then the brain wants to know why. You can possibly be blamed if you do relay the message in time. Not much movement you in one place all day so it can get boring
