Pros

Onboarding process is well organized and the material, in general, is useful. Pays correctly and is career oriented Benefits are extra points here Is project oriented. HR is fast to help. My manager is a people oriented person and never pushes you.

Cons

The culture is about to do it by yourself. Don't expect someone to take you by the hand and showing what you have to do to operate in the company. Onboarding is overwhelming and you don't learn all the things that they expect you to learn at the onboarding process time. Most of the things you will forget. It is difficult to adjust in the team in the beginning and some items are clear and it takes too long to understand your activities and goals.
