Pros

- smart engineers - unimaginable scale - decent pay

Cons

- garbage management - awful non-existent culture - no perks - lies, backstabbing, and politics - you’re always fighting against the tools made to help you - they expect you to “move fast” with infinite bureaucracy Avoid the Amazon Connect org. People are leaving as fast as they’re joining. Decent career stepping stone though if you can stomach being burnt out and depressed
