Pros

Flexibility with schedule Can pick up extra shifts when available White badges get 2 types of time off: Paid and Unpaid Blue badges get 3 types of time off: Paid, Unpaid and Vacation Both badges can earn bucks which allow you to get swag or additional time off. Example: If you have 30 amazon bucks you can get the last 3 hours of the shift off without using any paid or unpaid time off. You get 3 days off.

Cons

During slow period they will try to get rid of as many people as possible. Peak - the most physically, mentally, and emotionally taxing time for everyone. Last peak I worked I had one day off. The other 6 days a week for 6 weeks I was working 10 hour shifts. During this time you cannot take vacation unless it has been approved before a set deadline otherwise you'll need to use you're own time.
