Pros

One of the few graduate roles that offer leadership experience where you get to lead teams of over 100 people.

Cons

The hours for night shift can be bad if you're not adjusted to it. The KPIs are also very strict on a team basis.

- very good pay, relocation bonus - fun onboarding training with opportunities to travel -impressive name

Cons

- long hours - a lot of responsibility required to manage people - met with jealousy from people working towards the same position - rude associates -warehouse based -competitive/cliquey culture - high expectations with little support - merit on popularity rather than hard work - emotional pressure from associates - no mental health support for managers - not many career opportunities other than continuing within Amazon fulfilment
