Pros
Hours are almost completely flexible, just be in the office for at least 3 hours a day, then work remote or in office as long as it takes to get the work done. Coworkers are nice, doesn't seem cutthroat at all, amazing campus with nice free gym, pickelball, volleyball, basketball, pool. Overall I had a great time as an intern!
Cons
Risk you get on a bad project and the experience is different for everyone, so really no guarentees.
