Amazon takes care of its employees very well. A very good place to learn things and proceed in you career. It has the most flexible and accommodating environment for its employees.

Cons

The hiring process is too long. You might feel at time that you might have lost it as there are not many clear and often communications about the interview status. But once you get through it, you are going to enjoy your job.
