Pros

One of the things I enjoyed most was the camaraderie of my team. While we worked long hours during Prime and Peak, we supported one another, stayed engaged, and made the experience enjoyable. We also had a great time interacting with our associates, which helped build strong relationships and kept morale high, even during our busiest seasons

Cons

The four-day, 10-hour schedule was a bit challenging at first, but I adjusted quickly and came to appreciate having three days off each week.

Pros

- Strong benefits and total compensation package - Ability to grow quickly at ones desired pace - Ability to enact impactful change over broad domain given the size of the company, which may be fulfilling to some

Cons

- Company is highly compartmentalized, which can act as a barrier/funnel - Can be grind culture-heavy, depending on your team and department - Lay-offs creating a general sense of unease; both for those in technical and non-technical fields
