Pros

*They'll pay you a lot relative to the work. *You are given stock in the company if you stay 2 years. Each year after the second, you will receive stock. *They will pay for two years at a community college (conditions apply). *Satisfactory job if you are working while you are a student.

Cons

*The low level supervisors were bigoted and racist when I was there. *The management was also to a lesser degree. *There is no chance of advancement unless you are someone's drinking buddy or well-liked. *You will not learn any transferable skills and nothing you do here will impress on a résumé. *If you already have college degree and an education, it will mean nothing as a tier-1 associate (grunt).

Pros

The company has a great team atmosphere and relies on team success to achieve common goals.

Cons

Pay structure could be better and most positions cap out at the pay rate after 3 years. I would have capped out at $11.75 forever.
