Pros

Depending on how well you complete your standard work there can be time in the day for additional trainings or projects.

Cons

Sometimes you can get absolutely swarmed with work that you cannot complete in one day. This may roll over into the whole week.

Pros

- Great pay compared to most entry positions ($18+ an hour) - Amazing benefits for those who are blue badge (not seasonal associates) - Work tasks are typically simple and easy - Many opportunities to advance your career if you exceed expectations for rate - You could be an hour late to work and there wouldn't be an issue as long as you have enough UPT (unpaid time off) or PTO saved.

Cons

- Work load can be high depending on facility - Repetitive tasks that can be boring - Most positions are night shift - HR can be difficult to work with when it comes to medical leaves - Becoming a permanent employee (blue badge) is not guaranteed and can take months of waiting.
