Pros

No pros about amazon what so ever.

Cons

Worked at amazon as a picker/packer/ICQA/Amnesty specialist. Never got raises, and it is a slave driving, robotic inducing work force that makes you feel terrible about working there. Management doesn't listen to concerns, unless it helps them out in the long run. They will throw you under the bus the very second they get, and will write you up when you try to move up in the company. the favoritism is beyond acceptable. Management will literally get in your face if you so much as look as some one that is their favorite. Breaks are beyond strict. You have to be in the break room to take your break. you can't sit at your station. The break room is on either end of the building, but still a far distance due to the sheer size of the facility. If you are even a second late from getting back from break, they will write you up. If you are tired and start lagging behind a little bit, even if you are always at the numbers they want you to reach, it's a write up. I hear now they have mass firings every month, and hire from third parties to fill up their roster. If you do not move up with in a yer, get out!
