Excellent compensation and benefits (stock options, insurance, etc.). Access to world-class infrastructure and tooling. Opportunities to move between teams and explore different domains.

Cons

Work-life balance can be a challenge, especially during peak seasons or high-priority projects. High-pressure environment – performance bar is consistently raised. Limited focus on employee well-being compared to some competitors. Management style varies significantly by team – luck plays a role.
