Pros

They have good benefits, full medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock options, and much more. The pay is not that bad, I make 17.50 weekdays and 18.00 weekends. I have met some nice people too.

Cons

Literally everything honestly. It kills your body to stand for so long. They could easily have chairs in some departments, even a little stool on the OP. But, they prefer us to destroy out bodies. The management is the worst, they tell us to do something and they never do it or do the opposite. HR is no help ever, via in person or the app. They just tell you to go to the computer and do it there. The shifts are so long, I would prefer to work 5 even 6 days a week if the shifts were shorter. You don’t get any sick days, yes you get PTO and vacation time, but barely enough for one full shift never mind a few days. There is always a rate you have to meet, I have no problem with the rate as im a good worker, but it’s stupid. The people who have been there a while do everything wrong or don’t do their job and AMs, PAs, and OMs don’t care, even if I bring it up. Safety is all a fever dream, people drive on the wrong side and crash all the time, but you get yelled at if you’re less than 6 feet away from someone. Management talk in close groups less than 6 feet and don’t seem to mind. We have Covid cases everyday, sometimes a couple every day. We need to unionize so we all stop getting treated as a number and slave.
