pretty good benefits, guaranteed hours

Cons

horrible management, horrible work schedule, below average pay, too many changes in work schedule, no individual evaluations, or merit increases, all predetermined. I worked there for 4 and a half years, wouldn't recommend anyone go to work for them.

Pros

Fellow associates were very friendly. We all supported eschother.

Cons

-Bad Treatment by management -Packages don't always scan which slows the process and hurts your individual numbers they keep track of -Team Leaders/Dept Managers act like slave drivers -when needing help can take 5 min or more to receive help which disrupts your work speed
