Pros

Being full time you do have benefits, paid time off, and vacation time. Also working 40 hours in 4 days gives you a 3 day weekend

Cons

The schedule is tough and it’s difficult to get into a different area of work to learn new skills.

Pros

Good enough pay with benefits.

Cons

Long hours, lot of strain on your legs after standing for ten hours. I wish they had a 8 hour shift option or a more flexible schedule system
