Pros

Benefits are good and immediate once hired. Several variations of scheduled days and days off.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. Work is hard and laborious. Unrealistic expectations for employees to reach expected goals when most equipment doesn’t work properly or management fails to fix issues.
