Safe, unexciting choice

Pros

- Pay is above average - Peers are motivated and intelligent - Company is solid. Probably won’t get laid off

Cons

- Job is repetitive - JD an interviews don’t accurately depict the day to day - Extreme level of hierarchy. Your level is the most important thing about you - Some managers overrate their position and disrespect lower-level employees - Bureaucracy makes everything go slower. Understandable for a 1.3M people company, but nevertheless irritating
