Pros

Good team ethics Decent work-life balance Good level of training when starting new Stock units and other perks such as healthcare and discounts

Cons

You need a good manager and a good team to be able to find success, if not then you won't last long Customers come first so you'll find yourself having to bend over backwards for people The pay was not competitive, managed to find a better pay rate for the same role elsewhere

1. Toxic culture 2.Unprofessionalism and harassment not addressed if coming from a leader 3. Disrespectful, rude behaviour is encouraged as being “upfront” “direct” etc. 4. DE&I is only lip service and one might need to struggle to fit in. No sense of belonging. 5. No job security 6. Autocratic institution 7. Work life balance is non existent. 8. Impact Sourcing employees/partners are mocked at by leaders in the boardroom. 9. Bullying = great leadership in the Amazon India dictionary. 10. Check Reddit for many more reviews on Amazon India
