Stock has done well in recent years.

Cons

Senior management and HR at this company contain a large concentration of some of the worst human beings you will encounter in Silicon Valley. The people running the show here have zero care for the quality or success of the products being produced or the welfare of the employees who design those products. The only thing that matters to the guys in this "good ol' boys club" is painting a rosy picture for the execs up in Seattle so they can continue collecting those juicy Jeff Bezos RSUs. Broken OLR (annual review) system. Broken anytime feedback system. Inhumane treatment of employees. Zero rules for senior management to follow and zero rights for employees.

We had great people. Fun and rewarding projects. Great pay.

Cons

Recent reorgs in hardware engineering. Some genius put the upper management team that failed for 3 years developing our flop of a phone, in charge of the successful kindle team. Now kindle is trash, much of the talented engineers have gone to our competition and the rest of the kindle teams are scrambling to leave this horrible management trio. You know politics are bad when you can be responsible for the company's biggest failure and still be allowed to take over and tank the successful product line.
